| . LOL! We just got rid of a stray that has been hanging out on my back porch for a year now.
She probably wouldn't have stuck around so long if I had quit feeding her and petting her so much ... LOL!
A friend of my wifes grand nephew, had a stray cat that he let in (it stayed for a little over a year) pass away a couple of weeks ago.
He was devastated!
He's like me, I can't let a stray cat or dog go hungry or unloved.
I would have a million of them if it wasn't for the three cats I have now freakin' out whenever I went outside to pet her. LOL!
It's getting down to the negative temps now here and we were getting a little worried about her.
We ask him if he wanted her and with a resounding "YES!" he came and picked her up.
She's a little freaked out now but she'll be very happy soon enough.
She'll be an inside cat now, far cry from being outside in the cold and snow.
BTW, she was a pure black spayed female that was getting a bit fat and just a tad spoiled ... I have no idea how LOL!
